Yu Sheng is actually a mixed salad with raw fish...
Normally Chinese will Lao Yu Sheng on 7th day of Chinese New Year...
But my family make it at the new year eve cause most of us not around on 7th day of CNY.

Our Yu Sheng is actually fruit Yu Sheng instead of the tradition one...
The tradition Yu Sheng consist of some colourful slices of vegetable, ex: carrot, cucumber, cabbage, radish, ginger and etc...
Our fruit Yu Sheng is a mixture of peach, honey dew, pear, apple, carrot, cabbage, peanut, crunchy keropok and the main ingredient, raw salmon fish...
The raw salmon fish is yummy!!!
