This year my bro-in-law got us some TIGER PRAWN from Labuan....

How to cook the prawn???
Here is it...

1st, we can cook with some Tom Yam paste... add some sambal...
So that it will the mixture taste of sweet + sour and a little bit of spicy...
The Tom Yam Sambal Prawn.....

2nd, we can cook with red wine....
Turn it into Drunken Prawn...
