Homemade Breakfast

I always like to take Nasi Lemak, Roti canai, Curry Puff and the oily dim sum as my breakfast...
It's a tasty but very unhealthy breakfast cause they put in a lot of coconut milk, oil, salt, some additive to make the food taste good..
So i decided to make my own breakfast...
A healthy breakfast..
You just need to make sure ingredients always ready...
And it can be prepare within 10 minutes...

I have ham, eggs, cheese and oat bread... plus a glass of Milo without sugar...
Simple but more healthy breakfast compare to those i always ate...
