Proudly announce that i'm taking aerobic class... *-'
I really need an exercise now...
Since i join the new company, i had put on weight about 3kg.
It's not like i have a lot of free time to have some tea and eat snack,
just i had too much thing to do til i got so tension,
and i need more "FOOD" to release my tension.
The "FOOD" here of course it's something that is unhealthy ang can easily put on weight one..
i eat a lots of junk food, cookie, chocolate and also some "kuih-muih"
which is oily and fattening....
Luckily my company organize this aerobic class..
One class per week.. and it's only one hour
One hours per week seems like not enough...
Anyway, it's better than none..
Today it's my first class,
the trainer just teach us some basic movement....
It's seems like easy,
but i just dunno y i'm just look like a robot when doing it...
clumsy..
may be it's because i'm too heavy.. haha...
Hopefully i will perform better after someday...
Damn tired now...
